In addition to the new drumkits Drum Performer also includes:

"Drum Performer“ offers new acoustic drums recorded over several sampling sessions.
The drum sounds are realistic, fat and have a lot of intensity. Because most of the samples were recorded without effects they can be further processed with effects and EQ.
Due to how these recordings were made there is a lot of variety in the drum sounds; each drum instrument being available in several different versions.
Although this library comprises several complete drumkits the main focus is on kick drums, snares, and cymbals, which are combined to create the additional Instrument Kits.
"Drum Performer“ is a huge drum library that includes User Waveforms combined to 40 Drumits, separated to 2 volumes. You easily can modify them and create your own kits out of them.

For the creation of the natural drum sound kits, only acoustic drums were used. However, in order to provide plenty of material for more experimental types of music such as Chill Out, Ambient, RnB, and Electronics, the library also includes electronic drum samples.
For keeping full compatibility with the Preset Drum Arpeggios of MOTIF XS as well as the GM/XG-Standard all new drumkits are using same structure as MOTIF XS Preset drumkits.
In addition to the Preset Drum Arpeggios you can use 128 new User Arpeggios.
Many of the new Drum Arpeggios were recorded live with the Yamaha DTXtreme.
A part of the User Arpeggios are Remix-Versions of MOTIF XS Preset Arpeggios.
A special highlight of the library is the Performances, which are really inspiring and very useful for checking the new drumkits in a musical context.
The Performances with the new drumkits are not only useful for training sessions but can be used to experiment with band arrangements - live or in the studio.
